Browntop millet
Browntop millet known as pala pul (Tamil), Korale (Kannada) and Telugu (Andakorra) is an all climate grass grown mostly in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. Browntop millet is one of rarest millets now. It is gluten-free, has low GI (Glycaemic Index) and so its consumption reduces cholesterol. It is rich in fiber, iron, calcium, magnesium and many minerals and is gluten-free. It is good to begin eating millets with browntop, as it has rich fiber and mineral content. Among all millets/cereals, Brown top millet has the highest fiber content. Helps in weight management, constipation and other stomach related problems.

Directions:
Cook 1 cup of raw millet in 3 cups of water for 10 mins at medium flame or pressure cook 1 cup of raw millet in 2 cups of water for 8 mins
